All the hotels they chose for us were excellent, the car hire for very efficient, and any shuttles we took (prior to getting the car) were on-time and with pleasant drivers. While we were in-country GWA responded promptly and helpfully to any question or requests we had. All in all, they were brilliant at all times. I would 100% recommend them to anyone planning to visit Costa Rica. And you should visit, it's an amazing country.
