Our trip eventually began on 15 November and it was a brilliant, seamless adventure. All the hotels they chose for us were excellent, the car hire for very efficient, and any shuttles we took (prior to getting the car) were on-time and with pleasant drivers. While we were in-country GWA responded promptly and helpfully to any question or requests we had. All in all, they were brilliant at all times. I would 100% recommend them to anyone planning to visit Costa Rica. And you should visit, it's an amazing country.

  GWA were excellent from start to finish. They put together the perfect family trip, maximising what we could fit in to the time available, adapting the trip to our specific... read more wishes (changing hotels, taking a couple of days off schedule, etc), making sure it worked for all 4 of us in terms of activities, wildlife, guides, etc.
They gave advice on where one might save money to keep the cost down while making sure the travel time between stops was part of the experience (guides with the transfers, white water rafting as a break on one of the longer journeys, etc).
They set up a family WhatsApp group so one can throw any questions/problems at the team 24/7 so one always felt fully supported. JC was our main port of call from the outset, ensuring we were always in the best of hands.
