DAY 1: WELCOME TO COSTA RICA.

Arrival to the Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO). After customs and enter Costa Rica, a representative of GWA will be waiting for you outside the airport. You will have a private transfer to your hotel located in San Jose.

DAY 2: WHITEWATER RAFTING AT PACUARE RIVER.

Early transfer to the Pacuare River, located in the Caribbean slopes. You will raft through the incredible rainforest on Class III-IV whitewater. Cascading waterfalls, lush forests, exotic plants, birds and other animals, and exciting rapids make this a tropical adventure packed with rich experiences that you will remember forever. You will stay in the middle of the rainforest, totally inside of this wonderful jungle; for two incredible nights on a luxury oasis.
Lunch and dinner will be served at the hotel.

DAY 3: ADVENTURES IN PACUARE

Enjoy the numerous walking trails to spot animals and different colorful plants, swim in watering holes and enjoy the serenity of the Pacuare River or enjoy a spa treatment at your lodge (no included).
In addition, the hotel has 6 activities included for you (adventure and nature tours).

DAY 4: SECOND DAY OF WHITEWATER RAFTING. TRANSFER TO ARENAL VOLCANO.

Unleash your adventurous side today and prepare yourself for a day filled with exhilaration because you will be whitewater rafting down one of the top ten rivers in the world, the Pacuare River. Brace yourself and put your paddling skills to test because you will meet the powerful Class IV rapids.
After a hard day’s work, enjoy a delicious lunch, then you can rest as you transfer to the Arenal Volcano Area where a perfectly cone-shaped volcano will welcome you.

DAY 5: SKY TREK TOUR. ARENAL VOLCANO WALKING TOUR & HOT SPRINGS RESORT.

Experience life as a bird while “flying” above the canopy of trees as you zip line throughout the rainforest (Sky Trek Tour). Enjoy the breeze through your hair and the birds-eye view of the immense volcano while taking part in one of Costa Rica’s most top-rated activities .
In the afternoon, keep your eyes sharp as you absorb the breathtaking flora and fauna on your nature walk with your guide throughout the Arenal Volcano National Park. At night you will recharge your energy and relax your muscles in natural hot springs warmed by the volcanic activity. Dinner will be included at the end.

DAY 6: TRANSFER TO MANUEL ANTONIO BEACH.

Today you will travel toward the Central Pacific side of Costa Rica to appreciate the purity of the white sand beaches of Manuel Antonio. The transfer will be split up along the way as you stop at the Rio Grande De Tarcoles to share a moment with the reptiles who have inhabited this river for millions of years. Don’t forget your camera, as these creatures are sure to make an appearance and welcome you to their home.

DAY 7: CATAMARAN SUNSET TOUR.

The morning is free to explore the area on your own.
In the afternoon, you will experience the Sunset Sailing Tour on a 70-foot catamaran. While navigating along the bay enjoying some cocktails, you may see dolphins, turtles, flying fish, or even whales. Once in a secluded bay, snorkel equipment will be provided and you may jump off to search for the colorful reefs saturated with different species of marine wildlife swimming below. The tour will be over after you enjoy the vivid warm colors of the sunset painted across the sky. This tour includes a light lunch.

DAY 8: TRANSFER TO SIERPE. BOAT RIDE TO CORCOVADO.

After breakfast, take a private transfer to Sierpe Town, where you will board a boat to Corcovado. The Corcovado National Park embodies Costa Rica's most truly splendid wonders. Breathtaking rainforests, rugged natural beauty, secluded and untouched beaches await the arrival of eco adventurers and wildlife admirers, alike.

DAY 9: CORCOVADO GUIDED WALK.

Today you will visit the Corcovado National Park, San Pedrillo Station offers you a wonderful, unparalleled opportunity to see both primary and secondary rainforest, as well as a wide variety of plant and animal life. You will take a short, 30-minute boat ride, that may include dolphin sightings. Once in the park you will have nature walks to admire the beautiful dense forest, waterfalls, and rivers. Lunch is included during this tour, this is a picnic lunch.
Dinner will be included in the hotel.

DAY 10: LOCAL FLIGHT BACK TO SAN JOSE.

After breakfast, you will have a local flight back to San Jose, the capital of Costa Rica. After arrival in San Jose, take a private transfer to the hotel.
The rest of the day is at your own pace, explore the city, eat at a local restaurant, or just relax at your hotel.

DAY 11: TRAVEL BACK HOME.

It is not a “good-bye” but a “see you again” as you take your private transfer to Juan Santamaria International Airport (SJO) to travel back home and reunite with family and friends.
